We had Tony install a spigot for our backyard to help us with our new garden, and so we could have a hose for the back to make things easier for us. Despite being in a pandemic, Tony was able to video chat with me on the phone so I could show him the pipe layout in the basement, as well as where we wanted the spigot.

Tony followed up promptly and scheduled a date to come install it for us. Tony got to work right away and did what needed to be done so we could have a hose setup for the backyard. The install was fast, clean, and came out awesome! I don't even think he was there for 2 hours!

He did such a fantastic job that you'd swear that the people who built our house originally added it. We have plenty of room to access the hose, and watering the garden is so much easier! Great service! I will always use Tony for any plumbing and heating needs!

I called at least 6 plumbing companies between 5pm and 7:30pm because I needed something fixed urgently in the evening. They were the only ones to call me back that didn't say I would have to wait until tomorrow. So much for "24 hour service" as the others advertise - and I received a call back from only 2 of the 6.
Tony Marzano was here within a half an hour (8pm) and fixed the problem - which prevented me from having to shut the water off to my whole house. Great customer service does still exist with some people and companies!

Earlier today I discovered a major leak in my basement and not knowing the source of the problem, I called Tony Marzano Plumbing. I was immediately able to speak to a live person (even on a holiday weekend) who assured me that someone would be back in touch with me very shortly. It only took a few minutes before Tony called me back and he arrived at my home within the hour. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to stop the source of the water (leak originated from the ice maker on my refrigerator). Tony was prompt, professional, courteous, and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him in the future when I have future plumbing needs. Tony - thank you very much for truly your truly outstanding service!!!

My wife and I needed the plastic tubing that was attached to our garbage disposal moved/altered to accommodate a new sink. I called Marzano's on a Friday and the job was completed by Tuesday afternoon. The pricing was very fair and the workers were timely, friendly, and professional. From the time I called this business, until the time they finished the job, I had zero complaints about anything. I will call Marzano's again and recommend them as well. Thank you!

The heating boiler in my house stopped functioning twice in the past year. Tony came when expected, expertly diagnosed the problem and, in both cases, made the essential repair to get my heat working again and extend the life of my old boiler. He answered all our questions and his charges were very reasonable. When the sink in an upstairs bathroom was clogged, another member of Tony's team came over the same day and persistently tried to unclog that sink. When that failed, he stayed and diagnosed the precise section of pipe in my old house that needed replacement and immediately made that repair. Again it was the right call at the right price. Because of these experiences, Tony and his team will always be "my guys" for plumbing and heating!

We had a slow leak from the kitchen down into the basement. Tony identified the water inlet to the dishwasher as the source of the leak and also replaced copper pipe that was pitted and corroded. He arrived on-time and completed the work in about 2 hours with no mess left behind.

Tony did a great job with the work that he did for us. My big concern was a leak in my well pump that was leaking into my basement. I knew exactly where the leak was, but fixing it myself was daunting. If I messed it up, I figured we'd have either no running water for the house or a flooded basement or both. Tony came out and fixed it so that it's now better and stronger than it ever was before. He's really given me peace of mind. He also installed a faucet in our guest bathroom sink. The installation looks and works great. Plus I thought his price was pretty reasonable. We'll definitely be working with Tony again.

Water heater failed at 5am and I luckily caught it at 5:30am before major damage had occurred... I immediately searched for plumbers in my area and Tony's was the first one that came up... After a couple of calls to Lowes and Home Depot, because I get a military discount, and because of they're lack of urgency to my situation, I called Tony around 7:45am...He said he would call me back within 30 minutes so he could move some other appointments around...within 20 minutes he called me back and within another 20 he had arrived to remove and replace my water heater.... outstanding service and response and the price was right!
